REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS

 To provide

Biological Monitoring & Reporting Services for

Lockwood Valley Emergency Repair Project MP 1.75 & 12.69

 

VCPWA- Roads & Transportation is inviting submission of Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to provide Biological Monitoring and Reporting Services for the Lockwood Valley Emergency Repair Project (MP 1.75 & MP 12.69). The contract work will consist of biological monitoring during construction for compliance with project permits, and post-construction monitoring and reporting, as outlined in the RFQ.  

Statements of Qualifications must be submitted to Daniel Espinoza, Project Engineer, by 4pm on May 27, 2026 via email at Daniel.Espinoza@VenturaCounty.gov for consideration.
