REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS
To provide
Construction Inspection Services for
Lockwood Valley Emergency Repair Project MP 1.75 & 12.69
VCPWA- Roads & Transportation is inviting submission of Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to provide Construction Inspection Services for the Lockwood Valley Emergency Repair Project (MP 1.75 & MP 12.69). The contract work will include full-time construction inspection, completion of daily logs, QA/QC, tracking of labor, materials, and equipment, and other construction inspection tasks as outlined in the RFQ.
Statements of Qualifications must be submitted to Daniel Espinoza, Project Engineer, by 4pm on May 27, 2026 via email at Daniel.Espinoza@VenturaCounty.gov for consideration.
