After months of planning the popular in-person event, historically attended by over 1,000 children, teachers and parents, Covid-19 halted all plans from moving forward.
However, in just a months’ time-the VCPWA events team, Consortium Media and team ambassadors from throughout the Agency began working to bring all the aspects of the live event that people loved including the demonstrations and activities right to the public’s fingertips. Every VCPWA team member stepped up when asked to help develop content or get in front of the camera and demonstrate the great work they do every day.
While this was new to everyone, we wanted to take a moment to personally recognize and thank those for their dedication to bringing this event to fruition.
