California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is seeking input/feedback from Ventura County residents and businesses regarding improved biking and walking near State highway facilities. Click here to take the survey by July 31, 2021.
VCPWA commemorated the start of the Santa Ana Boulevard Bridge project with a groundbreaking ceremony on June 7 at the bridge site. This new, wider, longer and taller replacement bridge will enhance sediment transport, reduce the need for maintenance after major storm events, and improve California Steelhead migration up and down the Ventura River.
