Notice of Availability and Intent to Adopt a Mitigated Negative Declaration
In accordance with Section 15072 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the County of Ventura has prepared a draft Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) for the Bridge Road Temporary Bridge Project. The project is located on Bridge Road, within a rural portion approximately two miles north of the city of Santa Paula. The proposed improvements consists of the installation of a temporary, prefabricated single lane bridge, directly north of the existing Bridge Road Bridge (Bridge #52C 0053) over Santa Paula Creek in unincorporated Ventura County.
