Notice of Request for Qualifications to Provide Design Services
for Signal and Pedestrian Safety Improvements Santa Clara Ave and Central Ave
Ventura County Public Works Agency (VCPWA) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified and experienced professional engineering firms to provide traffic engineering and civil design services for intersection improvements involving traffic signal infrastructure upgrades, and the modification and installation of traffic control devices. The services required shall be to develop detailed plans, technical specifications, and estimates (PS&E) for the intersection improvements.
Statement of Qualifications (SOQ’s) should be submitted no later than 4:00 p.m. on February 6, 2026 to the following address: Yvette.Perez@venturacounty.gov via email. All submittals should be sent by email. Incomplete submittals and/or submittals received after the deadline will not be accepted. Consultants may submit questions via email to Yvette.Perez@venturacounty.gov no later than February 2, 2026. All inquiries shall be made only through this email address; telephone calls will not be accepted. It is the responsibility of the proposer to monitor the County website for updates prior to the closing date.
