Request for Statement of Qualifications to provide Civil Design Services
for Hueneme Road Widening – Phase I

The Ventura County Public Works Agency (VCPWA) invites Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from highly qualified A & E Firms to provide civil design services for the Hueneme Road Widening Project – Phase I. This project is funded through the FHWA’s Highway Improvement Program; therefore, this solicitation and subsequent agreement and services shall comply with applicable local, state, and federal regulations. The Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal for the proposed consultant agreement is 22%. DBEs are encouraged to apply. Copies of the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) can be downloaded from the link below. Proposers may submit questions no later than July 7, 2025
All requests for information and answers will be posted on County’s website. It is the responsibility of the proposer to monitor the website for updates. All responses to the RFQ must be submitted by July 10, 2025. The RFQ includes a description of the services to be provided, contents of the responses and the factors used to evaluate the responses. The County reserves the right to change the solicitation schedule or issue amendments to the solicitation at any time. The County reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to waive immaterial irregularities contained in the solicitation. The County reserves the right to refrain from contracting with any respondent.
