Request for Statement of Qualifications
to provide Civil Engineering Design Services
for Yerba Buna Slope Repair (MP 0.93, 1.94, 2.61, 2.96) Project
Ventura County Public Works Agency Roads & Transportation (PWA-RT) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms to provide professional Civil Engineering Design Services for a slope stabilization and road reconstruction project. The services to be provided shall consist of review of the provided Geotechnical Report and design recommendations, preparation of independent design recommendations based on review of Geotechnical Report, utility and right- of-way coordination, and preparation of complete Plans, Specifications, and Estimates.
Copies of the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) can be obtained by downloading from the link below or by contracting the County of Ventura, Public Works Agency, Roads & Transportation via email to Daniel.Espinoza@ventura.org. Proposers may submit questions no later than June 16, 2025. All requests for information and answers will be posted on the County’s website. It is the responsibility of the proposer to monitor the website for updates.
